Product: HP Notebook - 15-dy0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was using my laptop and in the middle of responding to an email, the screen went black, “Locking” displayed, then it shut down completely. I cannot get it to turn back on to even attempt to use MY password/PIN number so NO I am not trying to BYPASS anything. 

 

Please help because I HAVE TO HAVE my laptop for work. I need to have this resolved ASAP!
