15 Laptop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received a pop up saying that my laptop couldn’t open my account or something along those lines. It went back to its default wallpaper and all of my programs are gone besides the few that came with the pc, and trying to open most of the programs just results in the app being faded and getting a white bar across the bottom of it. I thought that it could be an activation issue or something but I can’t contact the HP team for a support call without it saying there’s an error
