White charging light blinks and laptop won't start

Some water got spilt on the keyboard I turned off the laptop and trie to dry it as much as I could I even kept it in the sun for one hour but after that when I connect battery or power white charging light blinks but laptop won't turn on. I tried removing battery and holding power button for 15 seconds but that didn't work I also tried windows button plus B and holding power button for three seconds that didn't work either. 

Kindly help.

Since there was liquid spillage, this might have affected the Motherboard. I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
