Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I do The Battery Calibration Program I made sure the battery was fully charged. Then I shut down the computer and started it up and pressed F2 and went to the menu to do the battery calibration test and left it doing the test with the ac adapter plugged in. I think it gets stuck at 50 percent because I would leave it doing the test for hours and it still stays at 50 percent. I would appreciate anyone that can help me with this thank you.
