Why I cannot Intall Realtech Audio Driver for HP Eleitedesk 800 G4 WorkStation Tower ? Solve me Please

After installing it does not Show in Control Panel, TaskBar, It does not even exists

In HP Support there is not Showing Realtech Audio in Driver.

I really want Realtech Audio Driver.

Check the device Manager and look for the audio controller. From where did you get the driver. In HP driver support I can't find any Realtech driver. Are you sure that you have a Realtech Chip?

Hi, @Taha_Arafat 

 

According to the HP quickspecs for your PC, it comes with a Conexant CX20632 audio chip, not the Realtek one.

 

HP Elite 800 G4 Business Desktop Business PCs

 

See page 98.

 

My assumption would be that you should install the Synaptics audio driver on your PC's support page.
