I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Laptop PC 15s-Fq2000. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist you better I would require more information regarding this:
- Did any hardware changes take place on the laptop recently?
- Is the power cord connected directly to a working wall outlet?
- Did any hardware changes take place on the laptop recently?
- Did any software changes or updates happen?
Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
Step 1: Hard reset
- Power off the laptop.
- Disconnected AC adapter from the laptop.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the battery and plug the AC adapter.
- Power ON the laptop and check.
Update the BIOS & Chipset drivers:
