I have an issue with my laptop that is under warranty, I have checked warranty and it confirms as expired, however, it is not as have proof of purchase. The dispute form is not working and for three days have been told the system is down. I have messaged on facebook and no reply either. How do you contact a human at HP? This is not the HP way I have heard about!!!!
