To better assist you, could you please share your printer's serial number or product number with us via private message?

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.

  • Are you seeing any specific error messages when trying to connect, or is the app just not loading at all? 😕 
     
  • Have you been able to check if the printer is showing up on your Wi-Fi network, or if there’s anything weird with your router connection? Sometimes a simple restart of both your router and printer can work wonders, but I totally understand if that doesn’t seem to be the fix. 
     
  • Also, have you tried reinstalling the HP Smart app, or maybe clearing the app's cache if you're on a phone? Sometimes those little glitches are all it takes to make things run smoothly again.
