I'm having problems with my laptop, I'm not getting any drivers update except from graphics driver for my laptop and also I can't access windows security center.
I tried resetting my laptop and it didn't seem to solve the problem, my audio doesn't work and i dont get any drivers updates.
So I wanted to clean install windows from HP cloud recovery tool but I'm scared that I'd lose my documents and other files.
Does HP cloud recovery tool work same as Windows Reset? Keep files but remove apps and settings? pls help

You will lose all data currently on the hard drive so make sure you back up all of your files and have any Office product keys and whatnot saved if you need to reinstall software that requires a product key.
Windows will not require a product key since the key is encrypted in your notebook's BIOS.
Here is an info link for how to use the cloud recovery tool:
As you can see, the first step HP has listed is to back up your files.
