HP 15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I want to refresh my Windows 8.1 because the Wifi driver keeps disappearing and disconnecting. But when I go to Refresh my PC, of the apps that will be deleted, there are also some Realtek applications listed

So, I was wondering if the drivers that came with my PC will also be deleted if I refresh my OS? If yes, how can I reinstall them and will it create a problem?

Is there a work around so that drivers that came pre-installed install by itself?

Thank you!

did you at least try updating the drivers?

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-r200-notebook-pc-series/7486447/model/7584405
Then it will all depend on what recovery you have tried
Depending on the options, either you find everything at the origin
either as you have visibly noticed, some programs will be removed, you will have to reinstall everything afterwards
The drivers, you will find them on the given support page

at least try ,the driver  installation from the page I indicated to you
After that you can always try the reset, indeed but it can be tedious, and nothing says that this will solve your problem, I advise you to do this as a last resort!
