I need to get the most recent HP laptop that will run Win 10 32-bit. I tried a 250-G7 i5 10th gen but this refused to even boot with the Microsoft Media Creation Tool created USB (MBR) stick even after a BIOS update to F.46 (latest).
So, I'm going to try the same model, but the earlier 8th Gen i5 model to see if the older BIOS / type / model still has the ability to operate legacy boot options.
I understand Intel don't officially support 32-bit on any i5 model but so long as it runs reliably, I'm not concerned. Also, prefer not to revert back to Win 7 or 8, must ideally be Win 10.
So what can anyone recommend, HP laptop with 15.6" display. I really like the 250 G7 model but what processor will I have to settle for that will play nicely with Win 10 32-bit?
Thanks in anticipation ...
