Hi

 

I am using HP EliteBook 745 G3 HPE, I have enable virualization in the BIOS and enable hyper-v & hyper-v services in OS.

 

Post reboot start giveing bluedump with hundler error.

 

after system restore I able to login to OS.

 

can some one help what went wrong with my OS when I enable Hyper-v

Hi All,

 

The issue is with the drivers on the below below components.

 

*** b57nd60a.sys - Broadcom NetXtreme gigabit network
*** mfeaack.sys - McAfee Internet Security Suite
*** mfehidk.sys - McAfee Antivirus

 

After analysie the memory dump I found that the above drivers are causing the blue stack error post enable hyper-v feature in my Win10 64bit enterprise laptop.

 

I have download the "Automatically Detect and Install Your Driver" in the link below http://support.amd.com/en-us/download which helped in getting the latest drivers as per the hardware components what is installed in my laptop.
