Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop started displaying "Are you sure you want to permanently delete this file without me pressing down the shift key on the system keyboard.

Please, how can i fix the problem?

Standard function in File Manager is to send a file to the Recycle Bin when you delete it.  IF you want to delete it directly, then press Shift-Del to delete it.
