Product: HP Laptop PC 15-da3020cy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My step-granddaughter's laptop has had a hard drive failure. She does not have the HP recovery CD and has never backed up her user information. I can install a new hard drive but can not find a way on the HP Support page to order a new Win 10 Home install media. Any body have a clue how to get new media from HP?

This system is out of warranty and I am using a brand new WD Blue 5400 rpm SATA HDD. I have no way to access the internet and use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool with this system.
