Spectre Ultrabook 13-3010eg
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had to replace the motherboard in my Spectre Ultrabook 13-3010eg notebook and now I have a driver problem when trying to install Windows 10.  The message in the installation program asks for a missing storage driver.  The notebook has an Intel i7-4500u processor and a NVMe SSD installed.  I have tried to offer up the drivers from the HP website, namely sp6363433Chipset and sp63446RST and f6flpy-x64 from the Intel website.   I also tried all the drivers on HP sp135979 as suggested in this forum.  I cannot get the system to accept any of the drivers.  I did see a NVMe driver in particular but no joy.  I even tried to install Win 11 and also loaded up an SSD with the operating system already installed but still a driver is required.  I swapped various brands of SSDs.  Can anyone suggest a solution?  I cannot believe I’m the only one with this major problem!  Thanks

Hi:

I don't understand why W10 is asking for a driver in that model which has an Intel 4th gen core processor.

I have a HP 350 G1 with an Intel 4th gen core processor and a couple of desktop PC's with Intel 4th gen core processors and W10 installs without the need for any storage controller drivers.

I have zipped up and attached the W10 storage controller driver supported for your notebook's chipset below.

When you click on the Load driver option, if you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

Hopefully, it will work.

If not, unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

Thanks Paul, I tried your drivers and nothing worked.  I think my last resort is to create a Recovery USB but for that I think I need a similar notebook.
