HP Recommended

The only thing to try now is using the free Download Tool at Microsoft to make a Windows 10 installation on usb flash drive. Since the machine has been upgraded before it has a digital license. During install if asked for license key -Skip- or whatever option there is.It will activate from MS servers after connecting to internet.

If you prefer to install Windows 8.1 MS allows that also-but only if the laptop shipped with Windows 8.1 rather than Windows 8.
