Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Im trying to reimage my x360 with our corporate image which is windows 7 but cant find the drivers for this model of laptop.  HP says they dont have any available.  I need to inject the drivers into SCCM for imaging.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi:

I looked up the specs for that model and since it has an Intel 7th gen core processor, no W7 Intel graphics driver was developed.

So, any platform with the 7th gen core processors and newer is only supported for W10.

I would use the W7 drivers from the  Elitebook 1030 G1, and most of those should work.

Then see if this modded W10 graphics driver by Bruce BTS works on the 1030 G2 as well.

Thanks for the information Paul.  I got Win7 loaded now on the Elitebook x360 but still having a few issues.  Have 3 unknown devices which I cant find drivers for:

Intel Sensor - {DEA5AE2A-D1FD-438A-A091-CBD484788435}\ISH_BUS

ACPI\ALP0016

ACPI\WCOM481A

I cant find any drivers for these.  Also the touchscreen doesnt work with the Video drivers I installed following your instructions and I cant get the stylus that came with the laptop to get paired and working.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Alex

You're very welcome, Alex.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 drivers for the alps touchpad and wacom digitizer...

I wouldn't be able to help with the Intel sensor, pen, or touchpad.

The PC simply was not engineered to run anything but W10.
