Noticed 1709 was failing error 0XC1900201- Reserved Partition is FULL
In Disk Manager No partition has less than 50GB so I assumed it was a WIn10 update issue
I ran Troubleshooter for Update - no help
I Verified the image with DISM and cleared out the DIstributedSoftware folder - no help
I used DskChk to check for errors - none found
I used system Diagnostics on the disk - no errors
I checked the BIOS to see if it is in Legeacy mode - no issues found
HP support could not find anything in the internal Db
I found an article on the web that taked about second disks being registered and partitioned with a "hidden" Reserved Partition that is tiny ~128Mb, and that with 3rd party partition tools it could be extended. Using MiniTool Pro I indeed found a tint Reserved partition on the 😧 drive that is indeed full. NO partition on C: is full. SO I am assuming this is the problem. However the partition can NOT be extended.
HP can only suggest reformating the drive and reloading everything. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution?
