After migration from Win11 to Win10, Device Manager has two entries under 'Other':

USB Serial Bus (USB) Controller
USB Serial Bus (USB) Controller
-------------------------

Where could I find the driver for this?

The site only shows Win11 drivers, but I need Win10 (it's a hard requirement for the environment I'm using).

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try installing the Intel chipset driver because there are no standalone drivers for any USB controllers since W8 came out in way back in 2012.

If that doesn't work, please post the hardware ID's for the two USB devices that need drivers.
