The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will return the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

Since you have to use the utility on another PC you will have to enter your notebook's 7X639UA#ABL product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery drive.

A couple of things you should be aware of:

1.  There is no such thing as any advanced BIOS settings in any HP consumer class notebook.

What you see is what you get.

2.  Your notebook came with a 1 TB NVMe SSD.

NVMe SSD's do not use AHCI.

The use a separate NVMe controller.

NVMe SSDs may support RAID if the PC has support for two NVMe SSD's.

AHCI is only supported for SATA drives.
