Product: HP Stream Laptop 11

Nothing in the hot bar (bottom sections of the screen) works besides the task manager, I've already tried trouble shooting and nothing seemed to work, I've tried factory resetting and it tells me something went wrong and nothing was changed. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi

Make a Recovery USB, as the Stream usually disables F11 Factory Fresh.
