Product: HP620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi, I have issues with my HP620, whenevèr I install any window (8, 8.1, 10...) different from windows 7 which came with the notebook.

The windows (8, 8.1, 10...) when installed, works perfectly but if the system is restarted, the window then crashes, by displaying blank screen. It doesn't do that on windows 7. What could be the cause, pls I need your help. Thanks.

IT's most likely drivers.

 

There are folks on this forum that have access to drivers I do not have, and if one of them comes along and points you to Win89x or Win10 drivers that work with your model PC, then you will be OK.
