Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have my hp windows 10 laptop and it's just one year old everything was going fine just yesterday night I was using my laptop and tried to click windows kep button on keyboard and it wasn't opening I tried to open through mouse it opened but not through windows key and it's very hard to use shortcut key without window key button working so ease guide me to solve this issue
