Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello I am facing the issue of window recovery option since the afternoon...showing it looks like windows didn't load correctly..then showing 2 options ..1. see advanced repair option and 2. Restart my pc...called to hp support said it's Microsoft issue worldwide will resolve soon..any insight might helpful
