Hello everyone,
I use a HP laptop, in particular HP Pavilion Gaming 15 - dk0031nv Laptop (Core i7 9750H/32 GB/512 GB/GTX 1050 4GB) with Windows 11 21H2 (OS Build 22000.282) and for several months now I am facing a black screen issue.
I use 3 monitor, 1 via HDMI and 1 via usb-c and the flow is:
* Laptop screen turns black
* Audio stops
* The external monitors retain a still image but its unresponsive
* No cursor
(The issue happens with or without external monitors)
And I have to manually press the power button for several seconds to reboot the laptop.
After the reboot the event viewer does show anything useful in my opinion..
(The first "critical" at 6:06:39 is me pressing again the power button in order to see If I will have different entries from the original crash at 6:02:42)
This issue was happing while using windows 10 so I tried updating to windows 11.
What I have tried:
* Disabling WSL (because I saw on a github issue something similar)
* Updating drivers
* Clean install windows 11
* New hard drive
* Resolving some event viewer issues
* Hard drive test
* Ram test
* Stress test
I know I most likely did not provide any useful info so please me tell me what kind of logs do you need and I will provide them asap.
Thanks for your time.
