Sorry, but there is simply no way of knowing this.
MS puts "HOLDS" on certain PCs with Windows Update when their software determines the PC has a hardware and/or driver issue that would prevent a certain OS version from functioning properly.
They release that HOLD when the hardware/driver vendor releases and update which they then test and confirm the OS version then works properly.
Since vendors provide no information on planned releases, there is no way to know when this will be corrected.
