Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am currently having trouble updating to the Windows Feature Update 1909.  I also had trouble updating to 1903.  I've ran the Windows Update Troubleshooter, no problems there.  I've ran sfc /scannow as an Administrator, no problems there.  I've ran all these steps under: https://pureinfotech.com/reset-windows-update-windows-10-fix-downloads-installs/  ,which I thought was very thorough and it has helped me with another PC.  At this point, I've done everything I can without having to wipe the machine and start from scratch.  Here is my bios version and the error message I am getting for the past few months.

At this point, I'm not sure what to do.  Any suggestions?

I've tried running the media creation tool.  This still results in the error.  I appreciate the recommendation though.
