Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs102ne

Hai,

Recently my HP Notebook hard drive got crashed during the work and I replaced with new SSD.  During the OS installation, we unable to activate the windows 10 Kindly help to recover the windows product key or activate the windows.

Hi:

 

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with W10 Home from HP.

 

That means that there should be a W10 Home OEM product key in the BIOS.

 

Download and install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store and it should show you the OEM Windows product key and the version of Windows the key is good for.

You should be able to activate windows by entering the OEM product key in the PC settings menu.
