This window that pops up once you try to paste files with the same name into a folder, where you can either replace all files or choose which ones to keep or replace, this windows always bugs out for me, every single time. I get to scroll down just a bit until the list of files simply stops. It literally just shows white and is completely blank where normally the files should be listed. I can still scroll down but there's nothing displayed. How can I fix this bug or error?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Could you please share the picture of the pop-up window?
Also, if your trying to save the same file name as the folder name then it might conflict. Try adding numbers before or after the file name and then save it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

No I know that they're duplicates but normally the window shows every file and not just some of them and then goes completely blank until the bottom... I tried the same with another machine and it shows every file once, it doesn't just suddenly go white blank.

Thank you for posting back.
Firstly, perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant: (do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating)
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
- To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon
.
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
And, also run BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi,
thanks for this guide. I've now updated everything with both Windows 11 Update and the HP Support Assistant. I've checked if the problem persists and it still does. Might this be a bug that my system has? Is there a fix other than a clean Windows install? I don't know if this is good to do with HP Spectre x360 14 devices with lots of preinstalled software like the HP Support Assistant.
