Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there.Some of the icons of Windows 10 are missing like it won't show the image preview or video.
I did message Microsoft about this but they said to contact HP so here I am.The laptop I had is a HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC.
