Hi

I need some help.with my HP 15T Laptop. I'm currently having an issue with Windows 10 during a factory recovery/reset I'm preforming due to Pc reset not fixing an issue. My Windows Recovery USB drive from HP completed the recovery preparation, but during the windows install It gave a critical error message and red window that read no partition found. and no process script found. All my drives were completely formatted and I need help in getting this issue fixed, my computer won't go any further in completing the process. I need info on how to resolve this Any help will be appreciated.

TIA

Hi:

I recommend you run the hard drive diagnostics test (F2) to make sure the drive is good.

If it is, then the only suggestion I can offer would be to use the Microsoft Media creation tool to create a bootable W10 installation flash drive.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

After you install W10, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Hi

Thanks for your reply and suggestions unfortunately my pc is at a complete standstill it won't do anything to get pass the partition and script errors and I don't know how to resolve it.

I purchased the Windows Recovery system media flash drive with my HP Laptop, Which is what I used for the factory recovery, the error is preventing the Windows Install. I'm trying to avoid a costly shop repair as of now I may not have a choice.

Thanks Again
