Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just updated to Windows 10 Pro 20H1 and after I updated my night light stopped working. Sometimes it turns on automatically and sometimes it turns off automatically. When I click turn on it doesn't work and same when I try to turn it off. I have tried reinstalling the display drivers and I have tried deleting the registry settings HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\Cache\DefaultAccount\$$windows.data.bluelightreduction.bluelightreductionstate\

and

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\Cache\DefaultAccount\$$windows.data.bluelightreduction.settings\

Could you please help me fix this.

Thanks.
