Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

If you do not have cloud recovery then update your Cloud Recovery Client

be sure to read the guide listed at the top left and also download the client itself. It is just underneath the guide
Let me know if this works as I do not have a business laptop and have not done this before. That cloudfront recover is what I normally use.

You will have to use that "client" instead of the cloud recovery.
It should get you a factory install unless I am mistaken. Please let me know if the "Cloud recovery Client" works and what you had to do to build it.
