Spectre 15-ch0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx 2FW62AV that has failed the Win 10 1809 install as has so many others.

My machine is still on bios F.24 and HPSA says I am up to date.

I have been waiting for bios updates and 1809 to be pushed to me and everything elese has been working fine.

My Adobe Creative Cloud recently updated and there is a very cool new feature in Lightroom called "Photo Enhance" that I want to try but it says I need Windows 10 October 2018 update to use it!

Any news on when HP is going to fix THEIR problems?

@BobRossi

Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...

Sorry but in BOTH cases, neither company provides dates when either of these things is expected to happen.

However, in the case of the Oct 1809 Feature Upgrade, if you use this link to download and create Win10 install media, that will get you that verion: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Then, you insert the USB stick (do NOT boot from it) find the USB device folder in File Manger, right-click on the setup.exe file and Run as Administrator.  That will start the Feature Upgrade.  It will probably take a couple of hours to complete.
