Hi

Okay. This is already bought and paid for.

Bought a digital license agreement for Windows 10 Pro.

Real smart huh? Buying and THEN asking questions about it.

Where do we find the ID number or something for this in Windows please?

Have a nice day

Bob

It was sold as a file with Windows and then we supposed they inserted a unique license into it.

Install message had 'Digital License' option with Key code option. We selected 'Digital License'.

Never really saw a number or id for it during the process.

Thanks!

There is no product key "inserted" into a copy of Windows;  The license is separate.  You have to contact where you bought this and have them send you the license key.  We have no way of doing that for you.

Thank you WAWood

Here is a post about it.

Here is what we are asking.

Where is our digital license agreement in our Windows?

We would like to look at it and save it in case we need it later.

Have a nice day

You're asking confusing questions.  The Digital License Agreement is legal speak for the terms and conditions you agree to in order to use Windows.  It is not an actual license with a key value.

What you want to save is the actual Product Key -- as this is what was used to activate windows.

You download and run this utility to retrieve and save or print that key:  https://www.tenforums.com/software-apps/2577-showkeyplus.html

That said, if you even need to reinstall Windows 10 on this PC, you do not actually need this key -- as Microsoft has a record on its servers of this key being used for this PC.
