HP ProBook 450 G6 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My new HP Probook 450 G6 does not open the Windows start button menu, nor the Search button (cortana text box). It occurs most of times but not always. I have to press ctrl+alt+del to be able to restart/turn off the laptop.

Anyone can help me to solve it?

Besides, I have installed Office 365 from my company using my company email address but the email address from my laptop is a gmail. Word and Excel show on the top a warning to set/change my account but when I press it, it does open a black-blank window where supposely I have to change the account. I have to close it and the warning continues appearing.

Any help?

Many thanks

Lluís
