When attempting to upgrade from Win10 (1703) to Win10(1803) I am getting the following message when it seems all going well ....

Any suggestions to overcome this issue?

I had raised a HP Case, but was closed with no detail, explaination or resolution after showing the HP Support Team the above image.

uninstall everything under "Internet Information Services" in Windows feature, then the upgrade works

It seems the issue is caused by "IISAdmin" service:

Hi Ruben,

The dialog box reads "Windows Setup could not configure Windows to run on this computer's hardware".

There's no other information that I know of to identify where/what/why

Cameron

Many thanks Ruben_S !!  :generic:
Wasn't able to try it until this morning and that worked a treat.

Many thanks so much for sharing that information.

I had been trying on and off for over three months to get it resolved.

Fantastic result.

Cheers,
Cam.
