I see all of the images but really don't comprehend the relevance to clean installing latest version of Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool I suggested? This thread got pretty polluted with Replies/Quotes so forgive me if I missed something.😊
CherylG your solution for a clean install is fine but the problem is it does not install the factory supplied software for my laptop, also I think the original problem was caused by Windows 10.
Thanks for your solution tho!

What factory supplied software are we talking about?
Office 365? That's online.
The drivers? There are often new ones and you'd be force to update them anyway.
For what its worth, many people do a clean install precisely to remove the bloatware that HP, Dell, and other manufacturers put on PCs.

Nothing on there is earth shattering to me.
Netflix is free to download.
No way for me on McAfee. I use something else.
TripAdvisor is a website. It's free.
Dropbox app is free to download.
Cyberlink Media Player is easily replaced by another free DVD player app.
The only thing worth keeping may be Cyberlink Power Director for creating DVDs. I don't, so useless for me.

Most drivers/software are readily available on your Support page:
You also have a folder on your laptop that contains all original installer files that can be copied to external source. C:\SwSetup
I realize the clean installation is not for everyone- but it does avoid a lot of the Windows Update woes and is preferable to many.Others reading this thread may benefit.
