Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 64-bit from my HP ZBook Workstation 17 G2 laptop running Windows 7 64-bit and HP Client Security, but It didn't work. I think the HP Client Security prevent the installation of Window 10. How Can I fix this problem? I have 6 days left to upgrade for free. Help!

HP Recommended

HP Client security is incompatible with Windows 10. Windows 10 has its own security and will not allow another security program to run on Windows 10. Uninstall the HP CS program before upgrading. Or just do not upgrade.
