HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am experiencing issues with my HP spectre updating to the windows 10 version 1903.  I am receiving this error: 0x80248007.  All drivers are up to date and I have been sifting the web to resolve the issue for 2 months with no luck.  Additionally the following text is now presented, so I believe it is time to ask the question further: "The next Windows feature update is ready and includes reliability, performance, and security improvements."  Please provide assistance.

Please try again and DO NOT connect anything to its USB ports. You can download ISO file from the following link

 

     https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

(a) Save on your computer,

(b) Mount ISO file as a DVD and run setup from there, (right click ISO file then select mount).

 

Note: Tick keep all user files and programs.

Thank you, but as I tried to run the update again with nothing connected, I got the error: "This PC can't run Windows 10".  Followed by the text: "Contact your PC manufacturer to see if you can update system BIOS."  I am currently on windows 10 1803, so the machine can clearly run windows 10.  Because other threads had mentioned issues with pushing the ISO, I am uncomfortable with just doing this solution without at least gaining reaffirmation that this will fix the solution.  Does this bring any further advise?
