Welcome to the HP Community.
If you installed and then registered / activated the Office software with Microsoft,
Microsoft will have that information.
Your best option is to contact Microsoft and see if you can convince them you own the software.
As long as you have the license for Microsoft Office 2019 and Microsoft knows about it,
You can move / use that license on your new computer.
If you do have trouble, you'll need help from Microsoft.
All Office products are controlled and licensed by Microsoft.

Some of the ways to “get” Office Software:
- Trial Software that comes with the computer. An "offer" to try the software, in other words. The license is NOT included in Trial offers.
- Purchase Microsoft Office when you purchase your computer
Look for your license key with your purchase paperwork.
- Receive a “free one year subscription to Office 365 when you purchase the computer (quite rare).
If you have trouble with this exact type of “installed” Office before it has expired,
Contact HP Support for recovery options.
- Purchase Office separately from Microsoft or other merchant.
