Good evening. I'm having an issue with my HP Victus 16. I recently switched from Windows 11 to Windows 10 for performance reasons and everything was fine until about 15 minutes ago.
I started a YouTube video, unplugged the laptop, and got into bed to watch it. However, as soon as I unplugged it, Windows crashed with an unexpected error and restarted. This happened twice in a row. I'm used to Windows 11 crashing for no apparent reason, but this was different. I tried again, but it crashed again. I gave up and went to bed, but when I tried watching the video again, the system froze and restarted twice more.
What could be causing this? I keep my drivers and system up to date, so I don't understand why it's crashing just because I unplugged it. Can you please help?
