Hi Mebskivt

i had the same issue with my probook 6550b. after updating from windows7 to windows 10 at 12:30pm. the only way to shutdown was to hold down the power button. after 4hrs of looking for a solution on line, i gave up and uninstalled the 3 system devices ACPI Fixed Feature Button, ACPI Lid, ACPI Sleep buton.

rebooted the system and everything worked fines again without updating the BIOS.shutdownfix1.jpg
