Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need a windows 10 or operating system home addition or pro the CD blocking EV the only thing I can download on is my android phone because I need to install it on my new SSD drive on my laptop I cannot get anything off my old hard drive because it is real bad how can I get one

Hi:

 

You will need to get access to another Windows PC to create the W10 installation media.

 

If there is no way you can do that, you would have to pay for recovery media from this vendor at the link below, because HP no longer sells recovery media for your notebook.
