HP Notebook - 15-bs089nia
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am trying to install windows 10 on my HP Notebook - 15-bs089nia with intel core i5-7200u and I keep getting the message "A media driver your computer needs is missing", in the bios is Legacy mode is DISABLED and I am and the hdd is in GPT. How can I fix this issue.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer is this...

 

Instead of using the Microsoft media creation tool to automatically create a bootable USB installation flash drive, download the W10 64-bit ISO file instead.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

Then use the free Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

 

Set up the Rufus menu the way you see it in the illustration for Windows installations.
