Hello. I'm wondering why my HP Omen no longer appears under my account. Also, where can I get my Windows 10 product key that came with it? There is no sticker on the unit. Thank you.

Since I don't work for or represent HP, I cannot answer your first question.

 

You would need to contact HP regarding that.

 

Contact HP | HP® Official Site

 

The W10 product key/license is in your PC's BIOS.

 

You can see the product key and the version of W10 the key is good for by installing and running the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store.

 

Get ShowKeyPlus - Microsoft Store

 

You can print out or save the text file report, but you should never need the product key to reinstall W10.
