Hello,

I lost my windows 10 which was default in my laptop since when purchased and now i want to install again in my laptop.

Please help me to get the serial key.

This is the serial number of laptop HP Laptop 15-bs146TU ALL3FQ20PA.

HP keeps no records of individual product keys, so there is nothing we can provide you.

 

But if you use the HP media to restore your PC, you do not need the product key.

 

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
