I had windows 10 installed on my new spectre laptop.
I wanted to install Ubuntu and make it dual boot. While installing Ubuntu, I accidentally corrupted existing windows 10.
Now I am again trying to install windows 10.
I created boot able USB from ISO file from Microsoft site.
When I tried to install, drivers were not added as part of this.
I am unable to use touch pad, network driver, shut down button. Nothing is working.
What can I do to solve this issue.
I have HP care pack. Will it cover reinstallation of windows ?

No, after a clean install, you have to install drivers yourself. It may find drivers for you AFTER you run Windows updates. At the end, you still have to find one or two drivers and install yourself.
Now please run few Windows updates to see.
