Will Windows 10 run on my HP Mini 210-4150NR? And, can I reload Windows 7 Professional that originally came with it?

With regards to the network issue - go to Control Panel -> Network and sharing center
Also go to Control Panel -> Folder options
Scroll down and read the attached Doc1.pdf file [below]
and perform the necessary adjustments to the settings on your Windows 7 PC
Make sure all your computers have a password on the main account
Restart them all and the issue should be fixed - you should be able to access the network resources.

Hello @GrandpaBoo
Based on your other posts and potential Wi-Fi issues, I see you have already installed Windows 10 on this.
This one has been produced long before Windows 10 was released to the public and HP never tested it officially with Windows 10. It supports Windows 7 and comes with Windows 7. Best would be to run Windows 7 on it.
- Also, in my humble opinion, Windows 7 is better (the best Windows so far) than Windows 10. Your PC is low on specs and Windows 10 updates are automatic, resourse hungry, there's a telemetry, other issues you may want to check here >> http://itvision.altervista.org/why-windows-10-sucks.html#TheEND
(note that this is 3rd party website and not HP opinion/site)
If you decide going to Windows 7:
- You could order original recovery media for your HP Mini from this website >> http://www.computersurgeons.com/p-20513-recovery-kit-685741-002-for-hp-mini-pc-model-number-210-4150...
It includes 3 DVDs.
Once you receive it, insert the first DVD from the set and boot from it (F9). Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
If you use it, it will restore the PC to factory default condition - install Windows, drivers, certain preinstalled apps, etc...
If you decide to choose the official way, here are instructions how to use the recovery media
- After successful recovery and Windows installation, do not rush to update it via Windows
- Install the so called "Convenience roll up update" also known informally as "Service Pack 2". Here are instructions >> https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-update/how-to-obtain-and-install-windows...
Let me know how it goes and what option did you choose. Looking forward to your update

Thank you so much. I had a feeling that my mini would not be able to handle Windows 10. I did reload (clean) Windows 7. However, now, even after updating my network drivers, I can access the "first" web page (my home page) but cannot navigate elsewhere from there. Any clues?

Can you click on Start -> then type/search for Command Promt
Once in Command Prompt (CMD), please type ping www.google.com
and let me know the results.
What is the home page ? Can you try with a different browser like Mozilla Firefox ? You can get it from www.getfirefox.com

If the above does not help, can you go to Device Manager and give me the hardware ID of the network device you have installed a driver for -> here is how to find the ID -> https://www.wikihow.com/Find-Hardware-ID

This is the information you have asked for. I cannot figure out what the problem is. Furthermore, my network will NOT recognize/connect to my Win 10 PC that is on the same network.
Thanks so muchj for all of your help.

Can you also download and run the free Speccy > http://www.piriform.com/speccy
Install and run the app
When it is ready, click on File > Save a snapshot
A file with .speccy extension will be generated. Please, upload it somewhere (e.g. in your Google Drive, Dropbox, ICloud or OneDrive storage) and give me URL to download/see
Speccy will give me information about your PC and the software
