Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello community! As soon as I turn on my laptop (Model: HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 convertible), I am getting this recovery error as seen in the photo I uploaded. I already tried the options of pressing F1, F8 and Enter i.e. the first 3 options but the same screen appears again & again and doesn't go ahead. 

 

I think I might have to install Windows 10 on a USB pendrive and boot new Windows from scratch. But I have never done that so I am not having confidence. Will all my previous data will be erased? Can someone please help me with my problem? Or should I pay a visit to the nearest support center?

 

Any help or insights are highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
